So this is a little fun thing to do when you have friends in the car. For example, You can do it while pumping gas while your girlfriend is in the car waiting for you - she’ll love you forever. She’ll totally think it’s cute. One time I did it so good that I hit my head on the windshield and broke it (surprisingly not my head though lol) I told my parents a semi flicked a rock into it… shhhh

Written by the kind and talented people at TBWA London (tbwa-london.com) and directed by Matt Lipsey (feelfilms.co.uk/ml1.html) of Little Britain fame, this video shows the lengths one man is prepared to go to in his quest to have fun in the dark. Special effects? Naah. The man studied appendage dance and mime for a year so he could do those amazing things with his Green Thing. Try them them at home, but be careful.

D&D at work. Defective items that cannot be returned to the manufacture or cannot be resold, they get to be smashed. There is not too many things better to do at work than smash stuff instead of a customer’s face.

In this video I tell you how to write on a metal piece with a graphite sharp lead (those that are made for some pencils that are similar to pens) and a 12 V transformer (AC-DC adaptor). Don’t try to do this if you’re not sure, and be careful if you do it. It’s not difficult and at first it’s amazing and fun. The light and heat produced may damage you. So use protection like sunglasses and security gloves.
You can get the 12 V adaptor from an old electrical appliance, or you can buy it at an electronic shop (you may use it for many experiences!)
Enjoy it and please rate high if you think the video deserves it!

The best time of day to workout depends a lot on you as an individual. The thing to remember is to make your workout an appointment with yourself and then keep it. A good time of day to workout will be a time when you don’t feel rushed. For some people that might be in the morning before they get started with their day, but you might find your workout might could also be a good whined down from a long day. What you want to remember is that your workouts, if consistent, will make you look and feel better and thus make you more productive.
There’s nothing more frustrating than starting to workout and then being interrupted. If you treat your workout like you would treat an appointment with a client and physically block a time out in your schedule, you’ll find it is easier to keep that appointment. Let the people you work with and friends know that you are blocking out a certain time for your workouts and have them encourage you to keep those appointments with yourself. If you find that it is hard to set aside a full hour for a workout, then only schedule out 30 minutes of your time for that day’s workout. Any exercise is better than doing nothing at all. So, if you find you’re running low on time, that’s alright, do what you can and keep your workouts consistent. You’ll find that you feel healthier and soon see that finding the time to workout on a regular basis isn’t as hard as you once thought.
What do you do to make sure you have enough time in your day to workout? How have you designed your workout program to fit into your busy schedule? How much better does working out consistently make you feel? We want to hear how you’re making consistent workouts a part of your life and the success you’re seeing.
